Launch checklist for CodeTech.cloud
This is the operational checklist before putting the platform on the real `codetech.cloud` domain.
Step 1
User + AI Setup ConciergeCreate Supabase project
Run the schema, enable auth, copy the URL and anon key, and verify RLS policies.
Step 2
DeveloperAdd environment variables
Set NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL, NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY, OPENAI_API_KEY, and deployment URLs.
Step 3
UserConnect OpenAI key
The user owns billing and API key access. CodeTech stores it as a server-only env variable.
Step 4
AI Setup ConciergeDeploy to Vercel
Connect GitHub, import project, set env variables, build, and inspect deployment logs.
Step 5
User + AI Setup ConciergeConnect domain
Update DNS records, verify HTTPS, and set the production app URL.
Step 6
DeveloperRun QA release checks
Run typecheck, build, audit, mobile checks, blueprint flow, export flow, and setup concierge flow.
Release rule
Do not launch until build, typecheck, audit, auth, project creation, blueprint generation, source export, setup checklist, and project detail pages are all verified in production.
